Strong & At Ease
Individually Adapted Yoga in the
Waterside and New Forest, Hampshire
If you are looking for yoga that meets you where you are and not where you think you should be - you are in the right place. I teach small group classes and one-to-one sessions here in the Waterside and New Forest area, for people who want something steady, considered and real.
Yoga, for me, is not about what your body looks like or what shapes it can make. It is about what your body can do… and how it feels to be in it.
Ways to work with me
Small group classes Unhurried, small group yoga in the Waterside area. A space to move, breathe and settle without the pressure of keeping up.
Classes- Group Yoga
One-to-one sessions Yoga shaped entirely around you, your body, your history, your goals. Whether you are managing a shoulder injury, moving through menopause or simply wanting a more considered practice, we work together at your pace.
Personalised Yoga 1–1
Workshops and events Occasional deeper explorations of practice, breath and philosophy. Sometimes in collaboration with other practitioners. Always grounded, always considered.
Workshops & Courses
My classes and sessions draw a genuine mix of people, men and women of all ages and abilities. Some come to manage an injury or build mobility and strength to prevent one. Some are navigating a change in life stage. Others are simply returning to yoga after a break, or looking for a slower, more thoughtful practice.
Whatever brings you here, you do not need to be flexible, strong or confident to begin. You just need to be curious.
A little about my approach
My teaching is rooted in the tradition of Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar, a lineage that places the individual at the centre of the practice. I spent time studying in India, which deepened my understanding of yoga as something far more than movement. I continue to study philosophy, meditation and breath work regularly.
I understand that the body holds difficulty, whether that is physical pain, the effects of stress, or the accumulation of years of pushing through. My classes and sessions are a space to work with that, gently and without force.

If you would like to find out more about working with me, the best place to start is a one-to-one initial session. It gives us the chance to meet, talk through what you are looking for, and begin at a pace that feels right for you.
