There is more than one way to practise

Finding the right fit for you

Whether you are coming to yoga for the first time, returning after a break, or looking for something more individual than a regular class can offer, there is a way of working together that suits where you are right now.

I offer one-to-one sessions, small group term classes and occasional workshops. Each is different in shape, but all share the same approach: careful, considered yoga that respects your body and works with it honestly.

Small group classes

Unhurried yoga in a space that holds you

My group classes are small by design. There is no back row to hide in, and no expectation to keep up. Classes move at a pace that allows you to actually feel what you are doing, to notice your breath, check in with your body and leave feeling genuinely settled rather than worked over.

Classes run in terms of six weeks, which gives us time to build on something together rather than starting from scratch each week. If you have never tried yoga before, or if you are returning after years away, you will not be out of place here.

One-to-one sessions

For people who want yoga shaped around them

One-to-one sessions are where I do my most focused work. If you have a specific area you are struggling with - a shoulder that limits your movement, hips that have tightened over years of running, or a body that has shifted through menopause or injury, this is the space to address it properly.

We begin with a conversation. I want to understand not just what your body is doing, but what you are hoping for and what has brought you here. From there, we build a practice that is entirely yours, something you can also take into your everyday life and your wider yoga practice.

Workshops and events

Deeper exploration, when you are ready for it

A few times a year I run workshops that go beyond the weekly class, into breath work, philosophy, seasonal practice or simply the chance to slow down for a longer stretch of time. Some are solo, some are in collaboration with other practitioners I trust and admire.

Past themes have included full moon practice and restorative movement. Upcoming events are listed on the workshops page — or you can join my mailing list to hear about them first.

If you are unsure whether one-to-one or group would suit you better, the honest answer is that either works as a starting point. A one-to-one gives us more space to talk and tailor things from the beginning. A group class lets you find your feet gently alongside others.

You are always welcome to get in touch before booking — there is no pressure and no script. Just a conversation about what you are looking for and whether I can help.
