SMALL GROUP YOGA CLASSES

These are not classes where you arrive, move through a sequence and leave without anyone really noticing you were there. They are small, unhurried and genuinely held. There is time to breathe, to check in with your body, and to leave feeling settled rather than just worked.

People come to these classes for all sorts of reasons — to move more, to manage stress, to find something that is theirs in a busy week. What they tend to find is something quieter and more restorative than they expected. A space that feels safe to come back to.

How the classes work

Term-based booking

Classes run in terms of six weeks. This is a deliberate choice — it gives us time to build on something together, and it means the group develops a continuity and a sense of familiarity that a drop-in class never quite achieves. You book the term, you have your place, and we work together over those six weeks.

There are no drop-in spaces. This protects the experience for everyone in the room — and it means I can teach to the group in front of me rather than accommodating a different set of people every week.

Summer dates are to be confirmed. Join the mailing list to hear about the autumn term first.

What to expect in class

Classes typically move through gentle, considered movement — breath-led, unhurried, with time given to understanding what we are doing and why. There is usually a longer settle at the end. People often say they leave feeling more themselves than when they arrived.

I adapt within the class to what I see in the room. If something is not working for your body, we find another way. There is no expectation to achieve a particular shape or keep up with anyone else. What matters is that the practice feels right for you.

Who the classes are for

My classes tend to suit people who want something a little slower and more considered than a typical studio class. People who are new to yoga and want to learn properly. People who are returning after years away and want to find their feet without feeling like a beginner. People who simply want an hour in the week that genuinely belongs to them.

If you have an injury or specific physical concern and are wondering whether a group class is right for you, it is worth having a conversation first — or beginning with a one-to-one session so we can establish how to adapt your practice before you join the group.

Autumn Term 2026

Spaces are limited and are reserved for the full term on booking. If you would like to join the waiting list for a future term, please get in touch.

Pricing

Term fee: 5 week pass £45.00 Full payment at booking. Your place is reserved for the duration of the term.

I ask for full payment at the time of booking. Missed classes are non-refundable, though if space allows in another class that week I am happy to accommodate a transfer. This protects the continuity of the group and ensures everyone has a properly held space.

A note on pricing: I have set term fees to reflect the care and preparation that goes into each class, and to be fair to the people who commit to the full term. I keep groups small so that the teaching is genuinely personal. That is what the price reflects.

Occasional drop-in spaces may be available — please get in touch to check availability. Drop-in: £10 per class
