• Payment details when you pay — processed entirely by Stripe; Kara does not store card data

• Health information you share voluntarily before or during sessions, to allow Kara to adapt practice safely to you

• Website usage data collected automatically via Google Analytics

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Process your bookings and payments

• Send you booking confirmations and reminders

• Respond to your enquiries

• Send you updates about classes, workshops, and events if you have subscribed to the mailing list

• Improve the website through anonymous usage analytics

Our Mailing List

If you sign up to the Kara Gray Yoga mailing list, your email address will be stored and managed using Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting Kara directly.

If you complete a health intake form before a one-to-one session, that information is stored securely and is accessible only to Kara. It is used solely to allow Kara to adapt practice safely to you and will never be shared with third parties.

Data Retention

Booking and financial records are kept for six years in line with HMRC guidance. Health intake information is kept only for the duration of the working relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. Email correspondence is reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed.
